My TV Request Can’t Install Satellite

Check the direction of the satellite dish.
Check the settings of the LNB you are using for this satellite.
Check the connection type in the satellite setup settings.
If you have forgotten the settings you have made, reset all satellite settings.

Check that the satellite dish is securely connected. A strong wind can move the dish.
Snow and rain can adversely affect signal reception quality.

Microwave ovens, DECT phones, and other Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n devices near you can disrupt the wireless network.
Make sure that the firewalls on your network allow access to the TV’s wireless connection.
If the wireless network is not working properly in your home, try setting up a wired network.

If there is no problem with the router connection, check the router’s Internet connection.

Refer to the wireless router’s user manual for information on indoor coverage, transfer rate, and other factors related to signal quality.

Use a high-speed (broadband) Internet connection for your router.
