Error:

If you encounter the following error code;

In this case, it can be said that there is a problem with Xbox Live.

 

Solutions:

Method 1:  Check that Xbox Live service is running

If you encounter a warning; wait for the services to become operational again.

 Xbox Live Core Services: up and running 05.09.2019 18:55:49

Method 2: Turn your xBox off and on again

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds. Make sure your console is turned off and then turn the appliance on by pressing the button again.

 

Method 3: Uninstall the game or application and reinstall it

If you are dealing with the game or application. Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, select My games & apps, and then See all.
2. Select Games or Apps.
3. Highlight the game or app you want to uninstall, press the Menu button, and then select Uninstall.
4. Select Uninstall all.

You can then reinstall the game or app by inserting the disc or downloading again from the Ready to installtab. To download again, select the game title from the Ready to install tab at the top of the screen. You can also find the game by searching for it in the Microsoft Store.

Note Installing from a disc does not apply to the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, which doesn’t include an optical disc drive.

Method 4: Reset your console

If you have no choice, resetting your Xbox will be your last solution. This will allow you to reinstall the software on your Xbox.

Warning Be sure to select Reset and keep my games & apps. Otherwise, you’ll reset your console to factory defaults.

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then go to System > Settings > System > Console info.
2. Select Reset console.
3. Select Reset and keep my games & apps. This will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
