Maintenance and repair

Closing the water and electrical connection

• To prevent leaks, turn off the water tap after each wash cycle.
• Unplug the machine while it is being cleaned or maintained.

Cleaning the dishwasher

• Wipe the machine’s exterior and control panel with a non-abrasive cloth moistened with water. Do not use solvents or abrasive products.
• Stains or marks on the device can be removed with a damp cloth and a little vinegar.

Prevention of unwanted odors

• Always keep the appliance door half-open to prevent moisture from forming and trapping inside the machine.
• Regularly wipe the seals around the door and detergent dispensing chambers with a damp cloth. This will prevent food residues from remaining on the bands and prevent the formation of unwanted odors caused by these residues.

Cleaning the sprayer arms

Food debris can hold the shell on the spray arms and clog the holes used to spray the water. For this reason, we recommend checking the arms from time to time and cleaning them with a small non-metallic brush.
Both spray arms can be removed.

To remove the upper spray arm, turn the plastic locking ring counterclockwise. The upper spray arm should be changed so that the side with more holes is facing up.
The lower spray arm can be removed by pressing the tabs on the side and pulling it upwards.

Water Inlet Filter Cleaning

If the water hoses are new or have not been used for a long time, allow water to pass through the water hoses to ensure that the hoses are clean and free of debris before making the necessary connections. If this action is not taken, the water inlet may be clogged and the dishwasher may be damaged.

Clean the water inlet filter at the tap outlet regularly.

– Close the water tap.
– Unscrew the end of the water inlet hose, remove the filter and carefully clean it under running water.
– Replace the filter and screw the water hose back into its original position.

Cleaning the filters

The filter group consists of three separate filters that remove food residues from the wash water and return the water again. They should be cleaned for the best results in each wash. Clean the filters regularly.
The dishwasher should not be used without filters or with the filters loose.
• After a few washes, check the filter assembly and, if necessary, clean thoroughly under running tap water using a non-metallic brush and following the instructions below:
1. Turn the Cylindrical filter C anticlockwise and pull it out (fig. 1).
2. Remove the cover filter B with gentle pressure on the side flaps (fig. 2).
3. Slide the stainless steel plate filter A out (fig. 3).
4. Check the occluder and remove any food residue.
NEVER REMOVE wash cycle pump protection
(black part)

After cleaning the filters, reinstall and secure the filter assembly; this is necessary to achieve efficient use of the dishwasher.

Long machine downtime

• Disconnect the appliance from the mains and close the water tap.
• Leave the appliance door half-open.
• When you return, carry out a wash cycle with the dishwasher empty.
